Meet Hope

My love for food started in my teen years where I was hit by the baking bug one summer. After having an almost ‘eureka’ moment I realised I could not only become a chef, but a Pastry Chef! After finishing 2 years of culinary school and an apprenticeship in a 5 star Hotel in Mayfair, London; I continued to work for a further 8 years going on to become a Pastry Sous Chef.

Now, living in North Devon, I continue to work as a Pastry Chef while creating fun and delicious recipes for everyone to enjoy on here as well as my social media. Food brings us all together, evoking memories of togetherness and comfort. I hope mine bring you a little joy too.
